8. Custom Commissions

A non-refundable deposit is required to begin a commission. Final payment is due upon completion before delivery.
All custom pieces remain the intellectual property of Travis Peake, and the artist retains the right to photograph and display the work for promotional purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability

At Peakes Collection, every artwork is a one-of-a-kind creation by artist Travis Peake. Each piece is crafted with care, meaning no two are ever alike. Because of this uniqueness, all sales are final.
1. All Sales Final
Due to the exclusive and handmade nature of our art pieces, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.
Please be sure to review all product details, dimensions, and images before finalizing your order.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping every artwork safely. However, if your piece arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@peakescollection.com.
- Include your order number, photos of the artwork and packaging, and a description of the issue.
- We will review your claim and work with you to repair or replace the item if possible.
Please note: minor variations in color, texture, or brushwork are natural in original artwork and not considered defects.
3. Lost or Delayed Shipments

4. Custom Commissions
