All artwork sold through Peakes Collection is original and created by artist Travis Peake.
Each piece is unique, and no identical reproductions are made unless explicitly stated. Certificates of authenticity are included upon request.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any images or artworks from this site without prior written consent.

Purchasing an artwork grants you ownership of the physical piece only — copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist

We accept secure payments through authorized third-party payment processors.

Your order will not be shipped until payment has been received and confirmed.

We ship art pieces within the United States and internationally where available.
Shipping times and costs may vary based on your location and the size or value of the artwork.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Peakes Collection is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external events beyond our control.

Because each artwork is a one-of-a-kind original, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once payment has been processed.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us at support@peakescollection.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

We make every effort to display accurate images and descriptions of our artwork.
However, due to variations in lighting, screens, and photography, colors and textures may appear slightly different in person.

Custom art commissions may be available upon request.
A non-refundable deposit is required to begin a commission. Final payment is due upon completion before delivery.

All custom pieces remain the intellectual property of Travis Peake, and the artist retains the right to photograph and display the work for promotional purposes.

Peakes Collection LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or purchase of any artwork.

We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted website access, data security, or the absence of technical errors.

Your privacy is important to us. All personal information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Riverside County, California.
